Keys Human Resources Training currently offers training for its workers and the general public in the form of:
Queensland Construction Safety Induction White Card/Blue Card (cpccohs1001a).
Asbestos B Class Removal Certificate (for the removal of bonded asbestos).
Elevated Work Platform Yellow Card (EWP, LV, SL, BL, TL, TM) .
Responsible Service Of Alcohol (RSA) – SITHFAB009A).
Training courses are available Monday to Friday at our office located at Shop 2, 8 Station Street, Nundah, Brisbane, Queensland.
We are able to offer on site and correspondence training for certain courses on request.
Other session times are available on request.
Responsible Service Of Alcohol (RSA)
There are thousands of licenced venues that sell or serve alcohol and you will need to have a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) approved course to work in any of these venues. In 2009, new liquor legislation makes it compulsory for all staff in licensed venues (bars) in Queensland to have the OLGR approved RSA certification. Staff members employed prior to 1 January 2009 will have until 30 June 2010 to complete the required training. Those staff employed after 1 January 2009 will be required to complete the training within 30 days of commencing employment.
RSA Certificates are issued immediately on completion.

Construction Safety Induction White Cards/Blue Cards
As of the 1st of July 2009 the OH&S Construction Safety Induction Blue Card will be replaced be the OH&S Construction Safety Induction White Card. The purpose of the change is to bring all Australian states and territories together and have one nationally recognised construction safety induction card. The white card is legally required on all construction sites throughout Queensland and all other Australian states and territories for all people wishing to enter the site.
Topics covered include basic risk management, preparation and safe practices and various workplace health and safety regulations when working on a construction sites. The construction safety induction white card (cpccohs1001a) is nationally recognised, so you are able to work in Queensland and any other Australian state or territory.
White Cards are issued immediately following successful completion of the course.

Asbestos B Class Certificate (AR2)
This certificate addresses issues involved in the safe removal of bonded asbestos.
Topics covered in this course include health risks associated with asbestos and asbestos removal,
the controls used to manage these risks, planning for the removal of asbestos containing material,
procedures and personal protective equipment for the removal of asbestos containing material,
waste management and waste disposal methods, tools used in removal, specific removal methods
and decontamination methods for workers and the workplace.
This course Queensland government accredited and is legally required for any person who is removing
any more than ten square metres of bonded asbestos however anyone who is working with
or around asbestos would also find this course very beneficial as it addresses removal techniques and safety
precautions.

Elevated Work Platform (EWP)
The EWP, Yellow card is a nationally recognised operator training program. Keys Human Resources offers the training program in accordance with the Elevated Work Platform Association of Australia (EWPAA).
The course duration is approximately 3 to 4 hours depending on experience and aptitude. The course content includes:
- Pre-start safety checks, and correct use of the log book.
- Hazard management, planning and preparing work for EWP.
- OHS regulations and duty of care.
- Emergency decent system, including practical demonstration.
- Correct procedures for setting up, operating and shutting down EWP machines.
- Knowledge assessment conducted after the practical session.
At the successful completion of the course the participant will be deemed competent in unlimited scissor lift (electric and diesel) and boom lift to 11 metres operation.
